Synopsis
During his first voyage, Almar, a young Norwegian sailor, finds himself abandoned by his boat in a Spanish port. While waiting for his gold watch to be repaired by two old watchmakers who are as slow as they are meticulous, Almar meets an old Australian sea dog who will take him into a foreign and beautiful world. This beauty will manifest itself through a young Spanish woman, Marta, determined and sure of herself. A new world opens up for him.
