Synopsis

Dick, 18 years old and lonely, lives in a small mining town. One day, a small revolver falls into his hands; he feels irresistibly attracted to this object, despite his deeply pacifist convictions. With this new friend, he will soon convince the other idle young people of the city to join him in a secret club "The Dandys", a club based on the principles of pacifism and weapons. Despite their belief in the first rule of Dandy - never raise your gun - soon the members of the club find themselves in a difficult situation when they realize that the rules are made to be broken.
